Baking Fun With WildGrain Subscription Bread Box
From Freezer to Oven, and oh so fresh!
So excited to share this subscription box with you Loves, as a Queen Of Carbs and all over Carb lover this box was made for people like me who don’t really have the time to be a full on bread maker but still loves having fresh bread and pasta in the home. The process is easy: sign up for the mixed box or the bakery box – each box will contain six to seven items. My October box came with two bags of brioche rolls, ciabatta, rosemary and garlic sourdough loaf, sourdough loaf, pumpkin cinnamon and two types of pasta noodles. Once you’ve signed up and picked your box it will be delivered monthly, you can cancel, reschedule, or skip a month at anytime. Using Eco-friendly packaging and dry ice your baked goods will arrive frosty and ready for the freezer. Unpacking the box is super easy, the dry ice comes in plastic and I just used a dish towel to push the bag to the side and tipped up the cardboard divider to pull out the items and then just placed them in the freezer.
From here the process is easy peesy – no defrosting, just preheat oven and when it’s time pop it right in the oven. Ingredients are all vegetarian, with clean ingredients including unbleached flour, non-gmo, and no artificial colors.
I absolutely loved the aroma of fresh baking sourdough bread, there’s just something about the scent that brings a whole new level of cozy to the home and not only did it make my home smell amazing but the sourdough was tasty, soft in the center with a harder outer-shell that crunched and crackled to perfection. Truly was the freshest and one of the most delicious sourdough bread I’ve ever had. And it didn’t last long lol between myself, my husband and our little one we devoured that loaf within a day and a half!
